I find myself chasing beauty down the back country roads, out on the trail, walking a shoreline, kayaking a mountain lake.
With purpose and intention, I look for that line, the light, movement, whatever catches my eye in a flash of color or the cast of a shadow.
My parents, Grace and Larry Chambreau, were key to opening my eyes at a very young age to the wonder of the natural world. We were taught to observe the seasons, the sky, the fields, the color and texture of things. I was taught and nurtured to see.
